Roberto Blain

Managing Partner, Talent Services

Roberto brings to Unicursal Talent in-depth experience in executive search, leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, and organizational culture change. Over the last 40 years, Roberto has led domestic and international talent management teams in a variety of industries, both in-house and in search firms.

Roberto leads enterprise-wide strategy solutions for Unicursal Talent including as leadership, coaching, strategy, and culture change. These solutions complement Unicursal Talent’s executive search services to help organizations build greater talent management integration – a key to organizational success.

Roberto has an Executive Master’s in Leadership from the University of Southern California. He serves as Adjunct Professor of Talent Management and Culture Change at the University of Southern California.

Theresa L. Moore

Managing Partner, Client Relations

Theresa brings over 30 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Relationship Management and Learning and Development. She has successfully led recruiting teams and consulted with organizations on process improvement and change management, serving companies such as Total Education Solutions, AppleOne, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), University of Illinois and L.A. Care.

Theresa’s personal mission is to serve passionate, people-focused organizations in providing quality services to underserved communities. She is committed to building organizational cultures that foster engagement, health and well-being and overall organizational success.

Theresa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Journalism from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Paul Davis

Managing Partner, Client Relations

Paul has extensive sales and business development experience within the corporate, educational, and non-profit industries. In his 25- year career, he has successfully led business development teams for San Diego County Credit Union, Shaw Web Technologies, Vistage International and Professional Diversity Network.

He is a passionate individual who excels at relationship building, managing high-performing teams, and providing professional development to boost employee satisfaction. He is a collaborative sales leader who is task-oriented and utilizes in-house resources to conceptualize and execute ideas to save the company money and increase employee morale.

Paul has a Masters in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego.

Jason Mannino

Managing Partner, Executive Search

Jason has had a multi-decade career partnering with a broad range of mission-driven clients nationally and globally to identify and match leaders to positions in the C-Suite and other critical leadership roles.

Jason has deep experience in non-profit, higher education, healthcare, arts and entertainment. His experience also includes social impact sectors such as conservation, justice reform, financial services, and government.

He is thrilled to have aligned his career with his personal mission to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion and develop leaders for high impact organizations in a changing world.

Jason holds an MA from University of Santa Monica, BA from Rutgers University and is a certified executive coach through International Coach Federation.
